By the River in Marlborough is developing a second residential assistive care home, across the river from the first, called Over the River. Over the River will offer a continued family-oriented home with more spacious private rooms with their own bathrooms, many rooms will include patios for residents to enjoy the surrounding nature, and a large front porch to visit with family and friends. As opposed to corporate assisted living communities, Over the River doesn’t increase in price as you require additional assistance. The caregivers are always there to lend a helping hand with no additional charge. The meals are home-cooked in a large family kitchen. Fresh fruits and vegetables and everyone’s preferences are taken into consideration.
